Leadership Amarillo & Canyon is the region's premier leadership development program for professionals who are committed to making a meaningful impact in their organizations and throughout the community.
From September through May, participants engage in a full-day program each month, exploring the people, industries, and issues that shape Amarillo, Canyon, and the surrounding Texas Panhandle. Through behind-the-scenes tours, conversations with community leaders, interactive workshops, and hands-on experiences, participants gain a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing our region.
Each class is designed to develop leadership skills while encouraging collaboration, civic engagement, and community stewardship. Participants build lasting relationships with a diverse cohort of professionals representing business, education, healthcare, government, nonprofit organizations, agriculture, and more.
